Submission Policy
Manuscripts only be considered for publication if they are unique, and not been published elsewhere. Plagiarism should be avoided as much as possible in the paper. The submitting author is responsible for obtaining co-author's permission to publish the paper, as well as ensuring that the publication has all necessary institutional approvals. Additional correspondence and proofs will be sent to the writers before to publication; otherwise they will be notified. Its a situation of compromise in which the authors agree to adjust the composition to make it more meaningful. All requests for the distribution of well-known compositions must be met. By "MedPrime’s" terms of service, all submissions are copyrighted.
Cover letter
It is recommended that authors submit their manuscripts with a cover letter revealing the manuscript's details, such as article type, title, authors' details, acceptance to publish your work, the number of tables, figures, and words, as well as supporting documents and information.
We've included the word count below the rules for your convenience, but depending on the type of research, the word count can be increased and accepted by researchers all over the world.
Types of Manuscripts
Original/research article
The abstract should be between 150 and 250 words long, and the article should be between 6000 and 7000 words long. When writing original content, the standards for manuscript preparation must be followed.
Review
The abstract should be between 150 and 250 words long, and the article should be around 5000 words long.
Case Report
The length of the paper should be between 2000 and 3000 words, with an abstract of 150 to 250 words and a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 30 references. Case reports should be unique, and clinical observations on one or more patients should be conducted.
Editorials
The text should be less than 1000 words long and include a minimum of five and a maximum of ten references.
Mini-Review
The abstract should be 150-250 words long, with a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 25 references. The article should not be more than 3000 words long. It's a five-year review of a specific topic with references mentioned during the last five years.
Letter to the Editor
The article should be no more than 1000 words long and include at least five and no more than ten references. In a letter to the editor, authors can share their thoughts and concerns regarding previously published pieces.
Clinical Images
Three images are allowed per clinical images, with a case description or image description of no more than 200-300 words and 3-5 references.
Manuscript structure
Before submitting their work, the writers are required to fulfil the guidelines outlined below.
Title
The title of the manuscript should not be more than 140 characters.
Authors
List all of the authors full names, as well as their affiliations.
Affiliations
The following is the order in which the author affiliation should be mentioned: Department, University/Institute, City, State, Country; utilize superscript numbers to distinguish distinct connections.
Corresponding Author
The corresponding author must supply their full name, affiliation, phone number, fax number, and email address in order to receive further information.
Abstract
Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusion (for research/original article) Abstracts are limited to 150-250 words and outline the study's Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusion (for research/original article). The author must present a summary of their findings. There should be no citations in the abstract.
Keywords
Authors are allowed to use a maximum of five keywords.
Text
The text should comprise an introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion, and acknowledgement (If any). The numbering of references in the body text is required.
Results
The findings should incorporate all of the experiment's facts and back up the study's conclusion. The results section can include tables and figures.
Discussion
This part can be merged with the results (results and discussion) or with the conclusion (discussion and conclusion), but the results and discussions should not be the same. The findings section should not include a detailed explanation of the data; instead, it should be given in the discussion section.
Acknowledgement
In this part, authors might list financial sources as well as personal acknowledgements. Authors are encouraged to include a list of all funding sources used to prepare the manuscript, as well as the grant number and authors affiliated with each source.
Figures
JPEG, TIFF, PNG, GIF, and PowerPoint are the most popular formats. Figures, their titles, and descriptions are included in this section. The legends on the figures should not be repeated in the text. If a figure has already been published elsewhere, you must obtain permission to reproduce the material from the copyright owner at the time of submitting the agreement form. The figures should be numbered in the correct order (as cited in the text part).
Tables
Tables should not be integrated in the text,however they can be referenced in the content. The title and description of each table should be included. There is no limit to the number of tables that can be uploaded. The tables should contain new information that is not found in the text. When building tables, avoid using spaces. The table should be provided as a word document so that the table's text can be copied and pasted into the journal format.
Supplementary Files
The amount of extra material items that the author must include in the work is not limited. Supplementary items should be labelled with the letter S. (Example Figure S1, Table S1, Video S1, etc.). Ensure that these supplemental materials are referenced in the text.
References
The reference list should cover all published and accepted papers. References should be numbered in the same order as they are cited in the text. Apart from the text, the author might also cite references in the tables and figures. If publications are cited in the text, the author's surname and year should be given in the in-text references.
Acknowledgements
Individual, fund, and grant acknowledgements, among other things, should be recorded in this section. In the affirmations section of this section, authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest. Financial support for material research, as well as monetary assistance for the exploration and work described, should be clearly acknowledged in this section.
Publication Policy
The "MedPrime" review board is in charge of choosing which articles will be published in the journal. The decision to publish is made on the advice of the journal's reviewers. In making this judgement, the Editor-in-Chief/Editor may consult with additional editors or reviewers.
Revisions
Manuscripts that have been revoked can be resubmitted online or by e-mail, and must be accompanied by a cover letter and a revised manuscript.

Proofs
Proofs are expected to be proofread by the author at two stages: copyediting and layout, and if there are any corrections in the proof, they must be addressed by the authors within 2-3 days. The associated author will receive an email message with instructions and a link. It is the author's responsibility to finish proofreading as soon as possible.

Publication Charges
MedPrime is a publishing platform that publishes articles under the Open Access model, allowing readers and scholars to browse, download, share, disseminate, and print any article without paying for it. The articles submitted to MedPrime Journals are likely to be open access. The Article Processing Charges will be $1900-4000 USD.
Under the Open Access format, the article is subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer review procedure overseen by the editorial board. Following the completion of the process, an invoice will be raised for the author to publish the manuscript. Only accepted articles will be subject to the fees. There is no additional fee for submitting the manuscript.
Withdrawal Policy
The authors are allowed to withdraw the manuscript with no charges until the manuscript is not assigned for review, but once the manuscript is assigned to the review process the author need to pay withdrawal fee.
Refund Policy
If the author requests withdrawal after the manuscript has been approved and all payments have been received, the MedPrime Publishers will not return the payment.
